With deep expertise in the retail and services industries, Leigh works closely with ICC’s data scientists to interpret technical insights and craft recommendations to drive value for our clients’ businesses. She also spends a great deal of time with our clients understanding the nuances of their business, which informs the data-driven insights our team develops. She ensures that our work is understandable, believable, and actionable to our clients. Leigh’s career spans more than 15 years with both major retailers and consulting firms. She has held roles in merchandise planning and finance at Federated Department stores, Express, Limited Too, Justice and Limited Stores. As a Director in loyalty at Alliance Data, she worked as a partner to retail clients such as Ann Taylor, LOFT, Pier 1 and Torrid to successfully grow their private label credit card programs. Leigh earned a BA in Finance from Miami University and has completed advanced studies at the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University.
