
Eric J. McNulty is is a seasoned writer and speaker on leadership and management issues with particular expertise on sustainability, innovation, and leadership/talent development.
He currently holds an appointment at the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at the Harvard School of Public Health and at the RoseMont Institute for Transformational Leadership. He contributes regularly to BecomeALeader — a leadership portal. He is the co-author of Renegotiating Health Care: Resolving Conflict to Build Collaboration (Jossey-Bass, 2011), a book examining challenges for leaders in the fast evolving field of health care.
Previously Eric served as Editor-at-Large and Director of Conferences for Harvard Business Publishing. He has developed conferences and workshops with such thought leaders as Clayton Christensen, Thomas Davenport, John Hagel, Gary Hamel, Jeffrey Rayport, as well as many leading global executives. He also has developed general enrollment programs and custom programs for such clients as Accenture, Bain, Coca-Cola, IBM, SAS, the Society for Human Resource Management, and UPS.
He has written for Harvard Business Review, Harvard Management Update, Marketwatch, Strategy and Innovation, and the Boston Business Journal, and other journals. He is a frequent speaker at business events and has been a guest lecturer at MIT and Bentley College. He is also Nomad-in-Chief at Executive Nomad.
Eric has held management positions at Bloomingdale’s, News Corporation, Trans National Group, and others as well as working with several start ups. He has worked as a consultant with Coca-Cola, Premier Farnell, and others.
Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is currently completing a self-designed Master of Arts program in Leadership of Meta-Systems at Lesley University..
