Jeremy Shapiro is an HR Executive at a leading financial services firm and the co-author of “Competing on Talent Analytics”, Harvard Business Review’s October, 2010 cover story. He is the co-author of Ultimate Performance, (Wiley, 2007), which defines the use of measurement through each stage of an employee’s talent life cycle. Jeremy speaks and writes frequently on the topic of leveraging data about talent to increase organizational performance. He currently leads an American National Standard workgroup for SHRM on HR Metrics. Jeremy has consulted with hundreds of leading organizations on talent analytics and HR technology strategy for fifteen years at the Omnicom Group.
