Frank Mendoza is Principal Consultant & AI/ML Practice Lead at Improving. With 20+ years of experience, including leadership roles at Dell and 3M and as Founder of Catalytics, Frank has helped Fortune 500 brands such as Nike, Kellogg’s, Keurig Dr Pepper, and Suntory Global Spirits translate AI, ML, and GenAI into scalable business outcomes.


 

A member of the IIA Expert Network, he is recognized for his practitioner expertise in applied AI and his ability to deliver measurable value through advanced analytics strategies. Frank holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
