Jainy Selvakumar is an AI and data leader with deep experience translating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics into scalable business outcomes. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of Artificial Intelligence Delivery at Southwest Airlines, where she led cross-functional teams delivering enterprise AI solutions across multiple business functions. Her work has included GenAI, predictive analytics, optimization, and decision-support solutions, with a focus on moving ideas from experimentation into production and measurable business value.
