Mina Meman is the Vice President for Innovation and Client Growth at the International Institute for Analytics (IIA). She strategically partners with clients to advance their enterprise analytics maturity, and influences the development of IIA's solutions to evolve with the changing needs of global organizations.
Before joining IIA, Mina's focus was on disaster management and crisis response. She studied Business Analytics through Harvard Business School's first three-shield program, and Psychology at Portland State University.
With a proven track record in program development, strategic management, business development, and data, analytics & AI, Mina excels at crafting and executing strategies that drive measurable and impactful outcomes. She is proficient in data and analytics frameworks, enterprise culture transformation, data storytelling, and business value modeling, with technical experience in Python, R, Tableau, and SQL.
Mina has a deep understanding of demand and change management, enabling her to lead cross-functional product, delivery, and sales teams and navigate complex organizational challenges. Her communication skills include a notable ability to connect with a diverse set of stakeholders.
