His experience spans industries including financial services, retail, media & entertainment, real estate, legal services, enterprise software and even professional motorsports. He has been an evangelist for the ethical use of data in personalization through transparency to build trust in relationships throughout B2B2C. He received his PhD from the University of Kansas and his undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
