He’s currently the head of data strategy, analytics, and artificial intelligence at FordDirect. His team’s mission is to maximize FordDirect’s unique data position in the automotive industry by providing analytic solutions that measure and drive cross channel and cross tier digital performance for all Ford dealers and Lincoln retailers in the US and Canada. Over the years, Thomas has contributed to a variety of publications and is a frequent industry speaker.
