Saghir has been leveraging data, process reengineering, and automation for over 21 years in various roles targeted at creating and implementing growth strategies, driving efficiency and productivity, and enhancing employee and customer experience.
She is currently a managing director at Charles Schwab’s firm-wide data organization leading data product management, strategic initiatives, data platform product management and analytics release and automation functions. At Schwab, Saghir has delivered outstanding results, leading teams through significant change and driving impact for the firm. She has led the Data Track for the Ameritrade integration effort, established frameworks and practices for effective management of data products and platforms, and provides best-in-class data and analytics support to all B2B, B2B2C, bank and operations businesses. Previously, she served in many key transformational roles at Bank of Montreal (BMO), including serving as the head of BMO’s Robotics COE.
